HELLO AND WELCOME TO MY LITTLE BIT OF CRAFT HEAVEN. TODAY I MADE A STEPPER THANK YOU CARD, I DIDN'T KNOW HOW IT WAS GOING TO TURN OUT, I JUST KNEW I WANTED TO USE THE GORGEOUS TIME FLIES COLLECTION FROM CRAFTWORK CARDS. www.craftworkcards.com

THE BUTTERFLY CHARM

 

I USED THE PAPERS AND CUT THEM TO FIT THE STEPPER CARD (ALSO FROM CRAFTWORK CARDS) I INKED THE EDGES OF THE PAPER.

 I COLOURED SOME WHITE RIBBON (from FANTASTIC RIBBON COMPANY) WITH A LILAC PROMARKER PEN AND MADE A BOW WITH IT AND TRID AROUND THE PANELS,

 I USED THE FABULOUS FRAMES ALSO FROM CRAFTWORK CARDS AND ADDED SOME FLOWERS (and butterfly) THAT I GOT FROM RIBBON GIRL WEBSITE, THIS SITE IS AMAZING!

 I ADDED SOME GORGEOUS FEATHERS AND A BUTTERFLY FROM THE COLLECTION. I MOUNTED IT ON ACCETATE TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE IT WAS FLYING.

THE LETTERS ARE AIR DRY PAPER CLAY LETTERS FROM MARTHA STEWART COLLECTION. I JUST LOVE THIS STUFF AND ITS SO EASY TO USE.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE

Well I've been gone for some time now, this was due to ill health, I'm trying to catch up with everyone but it will take some time, so please bare with me. I hope you all had a peaceful Xmas and New Year. May 2013 be a wonderful year for you all.

I'm so lucky as I have been working with some fabulous digi images from Scrapbook Stamp Society   This one I love as I just wanted to make it really colourful. You get fed up with all the Red and Green over Xmas, so I went with very bright colours.

The image by Candice Dillhoff Swirl Wing Butterfly Digi Stamp and I love her work and I love this image Its FABULOUS.

I used my Spectrum Noir Pens from www.crafterscompanion.co.uk to colour the image. They are having a sale right now! Pink vellum is the paper I used for the background. I cut different coloured ribbons to make a rainbow border and bright coloured buttons to frame the image. They are from www.FantasticRibbons.com. Love this site. I found this fab butterfly pink ribbon in my box and had to use it. The sentiment is from www.craftworkcards.com They are having a sale on now. Great bargains.

I just love this little fella, He is so cute. You can get him from www.craftworkcards.com They have such fabulous goodies and amazing collections. 
This image was one that I coloured in, I love bright colours and Warren is so cute that he always makes you smile. 
I got the buttons from www.fantasticribbons.com They have the most gorgeous ribbons and buttons, The more you buy the more you get off, Great prices too!
I used my heart spellbinder to cut out the centre of the card and coloured it with my promarkers bright green and bright pink and added it to accetate.

 

I glued the buttons to the front of the card

 

I added some ribbon to some of the buttons and added green gingham cardstock to the inside
